Should I Reset EMPIRE4?

Only one other player showed up for the last iteration of EMPIRE4.

There was a 3rd, but that player started a nation but never did a thing.

The current game is so one-sided it ain't fun.

If I refreshed EMPIRE4, would anyone here still play?
