Zero Down Time Backup Comes to HP Empireclassic

In exchange for the advertising statement on Empireclassic (website at 198.212.189.111) with ORBiT SOFTWARE HOLDING AG, the Empire on the HP3000 now has a free license for their ZERODOWNTIME(R) backup module!

Players will no longer be aborted during the backup routine and can continue to play DURING THE BACKUP with the assurance their games will be saved at the synchronization point and shall be fully recoverable in case of hardware failure.

Of course the best feature is that NOT being aborted part.  File integrity is assured even while game files are being accessed.

(Seriously, all it took was the one line statement at the top of the website. If you're aware what HP3000 software costs these days, that is a multi-thousand dollar value!)
