Run time error

I just purchased Semi VB Decompiler and when I attempt to open my .exe file to decompile it, I get

Run-time error 429
ActiveX componet can't create object

I have decompiled this file through an online decompiler before so I'm not sure what the issue is.

Any help would be appreciated.  Thank You
